Practice and All is Coming

Loving my Loop habit tracker.
Although I've fallen behind doing the 30 day program because of headaches and laziness and all kinds of things, I've done yoga every day this year (and it's already Jan 9th! ;) ). And I found of my own volition that I wanted to do yoga poses like side plank, and Lion King with navasana. In fact, tonight I just got on my mat, and found that I wanted to and did yoga for over half an hour.

"Practice, and all is coming."
